{"id":3143,"date":"2022-07-31T20:39:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-31T20:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diomederacing.com\/blog\/?p=3143"},"modified":"2022-08-12T20:45:20","modified_gmt":"2022-08-12T20:45:20","slug":"smri-aka-racing-on-the-surface-of-the-sun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diomederacing.com\/blog\/2022\/07\/31\/smri-aka-racing-on-the-surface-of-the-sun\/","title":{"rendered":"SMRI aka racing on the surface of the sun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Going from great temps in the mountains to spending the weekend in HOT ABQ\u2026.&nbsp; Extremes.&nbsp; It was super-hot that weekend at the track, poor Sable spent her time in the Tower on the trailer, much to her dismay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I didn\u2019t ride since I was going to have to do some work again during the day.&nbsp; Aside, from the heat it was a nice weekend.&nbsp; I would really rather that the rider\u2019s exercise a bit more caution, there was too many crashes on Saturday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I do really like this club.\u00a0 Everyone is super fun. We all have a great time together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/pw\/AL9nZEWOglX55CQJXYTw8n3YsGp0YXmlTxm7_DT3u552of9RbsTHyr_vG3plB52qQlvAd90Op8dn9CCm6rIC7mrvGrB8zrSaJwfo9Y24ntbo9BhktwfdSKkBDa4XEEZmeXhYWrLugmOPplzOfJMy-Mr1d6M_ag=w1250-h937-no?authuser=0\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Picking up Air Fence<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I know I tell everyone at the Rider&#8217;s meeting that you can&#8217;t win a track day, but I think in this case Andres did win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/pw\/AL9nZEWbZ7f1QZldgtgk3AYImTs8sWAWzYlXYLk9cxde0se9XqdL7EEsA8MDO53pz3xLuLj04r2K5c8Dsg3D0MlSpMC-q8mtI3XxmfhuwGRbf2FyFyyu5pBsvthWnQzbbf3dmbmZu94ZODh-9gQ6haewOxbo0A=w703-h937-no?authuser=0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunday wasn&#8217;t as bad heat-wise, I was thrilled about that.  However, it did make me go out and buy a fan to I can be a bit cooler.
