What could be better than spending Cinco De Mayo at San Ysidro? Nothing. I headed out Friday morning to SanYo. Uneventful, my favorite type of drive. Sable was excited to be heading out. I think it’s her favorite place. Since she now has the tracker, I don’t worry too much about making sure she stays close. There are so many other dogs, bike, kids and noise. That I don’t worry much about wild animals either.

Even though it was a two day event it was rather quiet out there Friday evening. Seems that a number of the regulars did want to camp out. There was a great looking full moon that night.

It wasn’t my best event. I just couldn’t get into the flow of it either day. Sunday I’m going to blame on my back not being very happy. It’s hard to focus with sharp pains running down your leg. Not sure what was wrong with me on Saturday. Maybe, I was just too focused on the fridge not working correctly. I still couldn’t get it to run properly. I finally broke down and ordered all new circuit boards for it.

I should have spent more time practicing, but the house really did need me to spend some time working on it. On the bright side the my yard looks great.

I made a few small mistakes. I still have this need to put a foot down where I don’t need it. Most of the time I’m better at controlling it.

I think I ended up fourth both days.
