So we were actaully camping just outside of Bear Lake at the Beaver Mountain Ski Area. A very nice lil’ camp ground that is actually part of the ski lodge parking lot. I was there for the riding not the campgrounds. It was nice and dark, and quiet area. I got some great shots of the full Moon that week.
Each morning we all gathered up to ride into Bear Lake to meet up with those not staying at the ski area.
The morning meet up spot was at grocery store at the KOA.
It was really a bummer that we had to ride past this almost every morning.
The first days’ ride was around the lake.
It was rough, but at the end of the ride we stopped for lunch. Since I had seen about 8 different places talking about raspberry shakes, I had to try one.
After that a few of us headed down to Ogden for a beer run. Along the way we stopped to check out the sights.
