The new dealership opened on April 14th. They kicked off the opening with a party for the bike community. I went down to work a couple of booths. One for West38Moto and the other for the Southwest Triumph Troop. A very fun day, it was great to see a number of people that I haven’t seen in months.
I had planned on riding my Tiger down for this, but I ended up with yet another flat tire. This time it was at work, and not at speed on the interstate. I’ll take finding it flat every time. I also manage to break off the beak on my bike that day to on the way into work… Not my greatest start for the day.
The bike looks odd with no beak, and you can see the flat tire on the front wheel. Needless to say, I ordered a new set of tires so I could get them on the bike before I left for the Blue Ridge Parkway.
I’m really happy for both Scotts.
