So why do I love going the the Lake Fork location?
Because of this^^^^ There aren’t many places where I can leave the ramp down for the entire weekend. Look at that view, it’s a great way to wake up in the morning.
I love to get up there as early as I can. So I headed out right after work on Wednesday, just so I could spend an extra night up there.
Camping has gotten so much better since the solar panels were installed. (Thank you TMC!!) I love not having to use the genset. That thing is way too loud. The only downside to the weekend was the amount of rain.
This was all from one afternoon shower!
The sections dry up quickly, so it was some great riding. I had a great day on Saturday, shocked me to end up in 3rd for the day.
I’m going to blame Curtis, since I never do well in sections that he is scoring. Same thing for Hammer and Lance. They jinx me every time.
I like scoring here too, the views are just amazing.
